"My wife and I have been looking at buying some land in Northern Idaho, but recently turned an eye to Western Montana. I had trouble finding a realtor who would not only send us information relevant to what we wanted, but engage with us for the purpose of buying land. Thinking back on it, perhaps selling land wasn’t as lucrative as selling houses in such a hot market as it is right now, so we were sidelined. As a first time land buyer, I had many questions. I started talking with “HH”, then was introduced to Jason L. Jason was recently brought on the team, but did a good job answering our questions. One big issue I was facing was that looking at sites such as landwatch.com would regularly display land that was already sold. Realtors in general use an mls system that provides up to date results. It cut down my options, but we found something we liked after a few misses. Another large issue we faced is that we live out of state. (NOTE: not California) I only had to drive to the land once to avoid buying it “sight unseen”, which I guess is something sellers prefer not to do. Everything else was done remotely and Jason mostly explained the process as we went through it, then answered my questions regarding the rest of it. He was friendly in person and did an impressive job doing a walk-through of the land. We were in regular contact through it all and my emails went answered. I look forward to integrating into this wonderful place. "
